Terms of Service
Prices are in USD.
English instructions are preferred, but a translator can always be used.I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I find a buyer sketchy or if they’re asking for too many impossible requests. I will also not tolerate any prolonged harassment on the commission.My Can and Can't section is final. I will not bend these rules for anyone.When requesting a refund, any existing W.I.P. art that you have in your possession should not be shared (and preferably deleted) unless given explicit permission. Watermarks should not be removed.Full (100%) refunds can be issued before or while I'm still sketching out the art.
A 75% refund can be issued during my work on clean lines.
A 50% refund can be issued during my work on coloring.
A 25% refund can be issued during my work on rendering.Art that you commission me for will belong to you.You’ll have complete freedom to do whatever you want with the art under these terms:
- If you remove my watermark through the commission, please do not claim to have drawn the artwork yourself.
- If my watermark is removed, I am obligated to post a heavily watermarked version on my own socials for my portfolio.[1]
- Do not feed my art to AI.
- Do not edit my art (especially NSFW edits), unless you ask and gain permission.[1] If you’d like to pay to keep the art un-watermarked and only in your hands, I charge a flat rate of $2.
